Sebastian Fairley - Dancer

Sebastian Fairley was born in Vancouver, BC and began his training with the Goh Ballet Academy where he was awarded the Vancouver Ballet Society’s Erik Bruhn scholarship, as well as a personal invitation for study in London, England with Elena Glurjidze. In 2018 Sebastian graduated from the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School Professional Division with a scholarship and went on to complete one year with the RWB’s Aspirant Program. Since joining Ballet Victoria in 2020, Sebastian has danced lead roles in a variety of ballets, his favourites including The Nutcracker Prince, Johnathan Harker in Dracula, and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet. As a dancer with Ballet Victoria, Sebastian has also found his passion for mentorship and private coaching, joining the Faculty of the Ballet Victoria Conservatory in 2021.
