Dana grew up in Calgary, Alberta training and competing in a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, and tap. Wanting to focus on ballet, Dana went on to the International School of Ballet and Jeunesse Classique Ballet performing leading roles in the school and the company.  In 2016, Dana was the recipient of the JCB Miss Merin Scholarship.  Dana is delighted to be dancing in her seventh season with Ballet Victoria.  Some of her favorite roles she has performed with BV include Wendy in Peter Pan and Pierette in The Gift of the Nutcracker.   She was honored to be one of the recipients of the BV Rosemarie Liscum Award for Emerging Artists in 2023.  Dana has also enjoyed teaching with the BVC faculty for the past three years.
